Add all ingredients: Bananas (2), Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (1 1/2 cups), Hemp Hearts (2 Tbsp), Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Fresh Ginger (1/2 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), Honey (1 1/2 Tbsp), Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), and Ice (to taste).

I tried this because I've read health benefits of ginger and keep making it because his was delicious! I found the honey overpowering though, I use half called for and am thoroughly pleased!
